There's some information you use daily (where you live). There's other information you use occasionally (your parents' address). There's information you use rarely (who played Blair's cousin Geri on The Facts of Life) (Geri Tyler). Then there's the information you don't know you need, information you might need in the future. How do you go about gathering that? This is the appeal of intelligent agents.
